Daniel Dell
Youth/Music Pastor

Before coming to First Free Will Baptist, Bro. Daniel ministered as a youth pastor from 2017-2019 in Clarksville, TN. Along with leading the youth, Daniel also served in music ministry. He strives to reflect Christ to the youth of today, and also seeks to exalt Christ in worship and music. Having said that, we are excited to have him as the Associate Youth and Music Pastor.

Bro. Daniel is from Virginia Beach, VA. Growing up, he served in different ministries such as children’s church and bus ministry. A crucial part to Daniel’s calling is the influence of both his family and church family, his youth pastor and youth group. It was God’s guidance and the impact of all these folks that helped direct Daniel to serve the LORD full-time and to get further ministry training. It is from Welch College where Daniel received his BA degree in Pastoral Ministry and Theological Studies.

Daniel is a fan of many sports. He loves playing and watching basketball most. He enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors as much as he can. Primarily, he enjoys spending time talking and hanging out with close friends and family.
Bobby Berry
Worship Pastor

Before coming to Washington, Bro. Bobby ministered at a mission church in Greeley, Colorado from 2018-2020.  There, he served as the Associate Pastor and worked with the youth and music.  In his early years, Bro. Bobby accepted Jesus as the Lord of his life as a 6-year-old boy in his hometown of Melbourne, Florida.  As he grew, he served faithfully in his local church in the choir, youth ministry, and evangelism.

Bro. Bobby graduated from Southeastern Free Will Baptist College in May of 2018 with a BA in Bible with studies in pastoral theology and music.  There, he also met and married his wife Olivia.  They are now proud parents to their son Theo and have a girl on the way.

A few things Bro. Bobby enjoys are singing with Olivia, being silly with Theo, music theory, worship tech, Gospel ballooning, self-defense, lawn care, fishing, hiking, and learning new skills.
